Pioneer Industries was founded in 1976 as a proprietary firm by Mr. P. K. George. Later the firm was re-constituted as Pioneer Rubber Industries Pvt. Ltd. Mr. P. K. George is the Managing Director of the company, under whose guidance we have become an importer of rubber, & chemicals, and have acquired an edge over our competitors in the industry.

We are an acclaimed manufacturer and supplier of world class Rubber Moulded Products for a number of industrial application. Our wide range of products include Gaskets, Bellows, Seals, Auto Wiring Harness Firewall Grommets & Bellows Vibration Mountings, Engine & Gear Box mountings, Radiator Mountings, etc.

With monthly production capacity of 20,000 Kg, we provide a comprehensive range of rubber moulded products (in bulk amount) for all types of commercial and industrial use. Ltd, every finished product is thoroughly tested on the parameters like strength, durability, resistivity, etc., in sync with the international quality standards. We specialize in power transmission and distribution rubber parts that are of high quality.

In addition, we are also capable of meeting the QS : 9000 requirements with respect to PPAP submission for components, prior to manufacture along with MSA, Process FMEA, and SPC studies. Our well equipped in-house laboratory enables us to check and test Rubber compounds as per the A.S.T.M, DIN , and IS  standards. In fact, we have acquired self certification status, with our eminent customers and our products are directly used at the assembly line without any inspection or testing, as per their “Direct Supply To Line” philosophy.

Basic Setup

We have a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit which is outfitted with automatic Injection Moulding Machines, Hydraulic Moulding Machines, Hydraulic Transfer Moulding Machines, Open Roll Mill, Closed Screw Type Kneader Mill, etc. Apart from these machinery, our quality control division is fully facilitated with advanced equipment and test kits. All these machineries are managed by a team of experts.  Some of the skilled personnel deployed at our company are engineers, designers, quality controllers, research staff, supervisors, and marketing professionals. This has assisted us in acquiring the monthly production capacity of 20,000 kgs/month.
